A named editor, research-based guides
Faizan is the named researcher and editor for TravelWithKids. The editorial team researches and maintains the site’s travel information. We don’t publish fabricated first-person trip reports or imply that a visit, stay, or product test took place when it did not.
When a guide synthesizes other travelers’ reports, we identify them as reported experience and keep them distinct from official facts and our own editorial analysis.
View Faizan’s author pageMatch each claim to a suitable source
For hard details such as prices, age requirements, opening hours, and entry rules, we look to the relevant official authority or operator. Professional reporting and independent family-travel accounts can add context about what an experience is like, but they don’t replace an official source for a rule or current price.
Where sources differ, a claim is uncertain, or a detail changes often, the guide should make that clear. Our How We Research page explains the evidence tiers and how we weigh them.
Reviews, updates, and corrections
Travel details change. Guides display a review or verification date, and we revisit important facts as sources or conditions change. A date shows when the guide was checked; it is not a promise that every detail will remain unchanged afterward.
If you find a possible error, send us the page URL and the detail, with a source link when available. We’ll review the evidence and correct material errors when warranted.
Clear disclosures, independent conclusions
If a page includes sponsored content, a paid placement, a gifted item, or an affiliate link, we identify that relationship clearly near the relevant recommendation or content. Paid links are marked appropriately, including with rel="sponsored" where applicable.
- A sponsor does not decide whether a place or product appears in an independent recommendation list.
- Sponsored work is identified so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage.
- We don’t invent ratings or call something tested unless it was actually tested. Research-only recommendations are described that way.
Partnership questions are welcome through Work With Us.
